The Villa is a spacious house, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, which comfortably accommodates up to 9 people. The perfect place to spend a holiday with family and friends.

On the ground floor, a large and bright living room, with comfortable sofas and armchairs to spend the days. The environment is finely furnished with stylish furniture and modern works of art.  

In the living room you will also find the free wifi connection point and the TV.

Adjacent to the living room a large dining area with large table and chairs to accommodate all guests. Also on the ground floor a very comfortable service bathroom and kitchen.  

In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking and serving, gas cooking rings with electric oven and also a dishwasher and a washing machine.  

  On the first floor accessible by stairs, you will find 4 large bedrooms. Two bathrooms and a toilet make the holiday even more comfortable.

Authentic family period furniture and modern works furnish the Villa in an elegant and unique way. An experience that the owner wants to share with her guests.

Outside a comfortable shaded patio where you can spend pleasant summer evenings, equipped with table and chairs and other comfortable seats. A barbecue is always available.

The garden in front of the Villa is private beyond which you can easily park your cars. A few meters from the swimming pool shared with the other guests.
